AFK Arena Game Modes Tier List: Where Your Time Pays Off Most

AFK Arena has a lot of modes, and it’s easy to spend time on the wrong ones. This tier list ranks the main modes by how much they give back for the time they take – for new and mid-game players.

Tier lists are opinions. Your priorities shift as your account grows and as events come and go.

Why these rankings?

S tier: do these every day

The campaign raises your idle income forever, so pushing it is always valuable. Guild hunts and the Bounty Board take very little time and give consistent rewards. See our guild guide and Bounty Board guide.

A tier: do these regularly

The Arcane Labyrinth gives tokens for important store items. The King’s Tower unlocks content and gives one-time rewards. Free Arena attempts are quick wins.

B tier: when your roster allows it

Faction towers need deeper rosters, so they become more valuable over time. Events vary – some are among the best rewards in the game, others are minor.

C tier: when you have spare time

Peaks of Time rewards are one-time and don’t expire, so they can wait. Paid Arena attempts rarely justify the cost for new players.

A 10-minute daily plan

1. Collect idle rewards and the free Fast Reward.
2. Dispatch the Bounty Board.
3. Attack guild hunts.
4. Use free Arena attempts.
5. Push one campaign stage or tower floor.
