Idle Heroes Summoning Guide: Scrolls, the Prophet Tree and When to Pull

Most new heroes in Idle Heroes come from summoning, and the game offers several ways to do it. Knowing which currency to use – and when – stops you from wasting valuable pulls.

Summon types

Summon	What it’s for
Basic summon	Low-rarity heroes, mostly fodder
Heroic summon	Better odds for higher-star heroes
Prophet Tree	Summons from a specific faction
Friendship / other summons	Low-cost pulls and fodder

The Prophet Tree

The Prophet Tree lets you summon heroes from a chosen faction. That makes it ideal for:

• Getting copies of heroes from a faction you’re building.
• Collecting fodder for a specific faction’s star-ups.

When to summon

Idle Heroes events often reward summoning on top of the summon itself. The general rule:

1. Save scrolls and Prophet currency between events.
2. Summon during events that give milestone rewards for summoning.
3. Hit milestones you can actually reach rather than stopping halfway.

What to do with pulls

• Keep copies of heroes you’re building.
• Keep same-faction heroes as future fodder.
• Feed only true duplicates and heroes you’ll never use.

Common mistakes

• Summoning as soon as you get scrolls.
• Using the Prophet Tree on a random faction instead of one you’re building.
• Feeding pulls immediately without checking fodder needs.
